General terms

The use of the SERVICE means saving some of the user’s data in BoxOff Store database. This data will be protected according to the hereby “Privacy policy”.

What data we collect
  1. Data collected during the SERVICE registration process.

    In order for you to be able to use the functionalities of our SERVICE you will have to register by providing the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, date of birth. During the registration process we will also ask you to provide a login and password that you will be using within our SERVICE.

  2. Data collected during the ordering process.

    In order for you to be able to make an ESD order we will ask you to provide the following data: method of payment, username and email address .

    In order for you to be able to make a mailing distribution order we will ask you to provide the following data: name, surname, shipping address, telephone number, and method of payment. The payment service provider may also require you to provide additional payment data, i.e. credit card type, credit card number, expiry date, CVV number.

    In order for us to be able to raise a commercial (VAT) invoice we will ask you to provide the following data: name and surname, company data, address of residence, registered company address or headquarters address, VAT number. You will also need to mark the field that you require us to raise a commercial (VAT) invoice.

  3. Data collected automatically.

    During your use of the SERVICE website there is data concerning your visit that is collected automatically, e.g. your IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc. The collection of this data takes place using the cookie files more on which you may learn from the section that covers the Policy on cookie files.

  4. Data collected when you contact us.

    When you contact us using the SERVICE website, telephone or e-mail you are providing personal data to us, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address.

How we use your data

Your data will not be sold to third parties.

Data collected in the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of enabling you to log in to our system. The registration is obligatory if you wish to make purchases within our SERVICE. This data may also be used to verify if the person who registers meets the requirements of the TOS and legal regulations.

Data collected during the ordering process will be used for the purpose of carrying out the order including making of the payment by you, making a code or link available to you, sending the ordered goods and enabling us to contact you and improve the process of carrying out the order. For that purpose your data may be forwarded to a payment service provider or a shipping/delivery service provider. Such provider will use your date solely for that purpose. Providing such data is obligatory if you wish to make a purchase.

If you requested for a commercial (VAT) invoice to be raised during the ordering process, the data collected in order to raise such commercial (VAT) invoice will be used solely for the purpose of its raising and for bookkeeping purposes. Providing such data is obligatory if you wish to receive a commercial (VAT) invoice.

The data collected automatically may be used in the way described by the section that covers the Policy on cookie files.

In case of a breach of the TOS of our SERVICE, infringement or if the legal regulations so require, such data may be disclosed to the judicial authority and/or an authorized bureau.

How we will contact you

If you started the process of making an order you may receive e-mails from us regarding your transaction, including the confirmation of the order. We may also contact you on the phone or e-mail to provide important information on you order or account.

Deleting and changing the data

You have the right to review, correct or deny the use of your personal data. Following the receipt of your request the SERVICE administrator will correct or delete your personal data form the database. We will take all reasonable efforts to fulfill your request of deleting the personal data unless such data needs to be retained according to the binding laws or lawful business purposes.

At all times you may update your data in BoxOff Store. by using the link delivered with the post-registration e-mail. If you lose the link you may retrieve it by means of the corresponding form.
